Video webcasts bring a presentation to life.
Coreography is an experienced video webcast producer. Our clients use video webcasts to add an engaging and personal element to their communications while eliminating the time lost and expense of travel. Typical applications include:
- CEO Town Hall broadcasts
- Product launch events and briefings
- Press announcements
- Analyst communications
- In-person seminars, conferences and user-group broadcasts
Leverage our expertise for a worry-free broadcast.
Whether you need a single-camera and slide webcast for a dozen viewers, or a multiple camera HD broadcast for thousands, Coreography has an experienced team to deliver it. We make it easy for you to webcast your next event.
Delivering live events requires a focus on reliability. Broadcast-quality software and equipment is more expensive, but is built to higher-standards, designed and tested to operate without problems in mission-critical environments. Broadcast-quality solutions deployed in a redundant architecture give you confidence that your event will be trouble-free.
Use multiple cameras for engaging broadcasts.
When capturing a live event, having multiple cameras improves the production quality dramatically. It enables viewers to experience the event from multiple angles, and to have close-up views of your presenters or panelists. We can mimic the experience of broadcast TV, with pre-recorded video clips, lower-third speaker titles, split-screen and picture-in-picture views. This gives tremendous flexibility for the director and a more compelling broadcast for the viewer.
Flexible delivery options.
Coreography will work with your IT team to facilitate secure webcast delivery completely behind your firewall, or integrate with the streaming solution of your choice. By default we provide a private streaming solution with delivery using the Akamai network – the world’s largest Content Delivery Network. The video player can be embedded on your site, or we can provide registration with a password-protected private page for a completely turn-key solution.
We can even connect our broadcast cameras and switching platforms to your preferred web seminar meeting platform. We have first-hand experience working with GoToWebinar and Zoom Video Webinars in this configuration, although technically we can interface with any platform that supports USB web cameras. We are happy to discuss the advantages and trade-offs for these solutions.
We recommend HD capture.
We recommend that all our clients use high-definition (HD) camera’s for event capture. Even though you may not choose to broadcast to your audience in full HD, capturing in HD gives you a higher-quality live stream and on-demand archive.
However, HD live streams are not always possible. When the bandwidth behind your firewall is limited, we will encode at lower bit-rates. And we can deliver your stream to the audience using adaptive bit rate technology, so each viewer will see the optimum stream for their connection and device. We seamlessly integrate with solutions that deliver video with slides in a separate slide display window.
Your cameras or ours.
Coreography can work with your existing video production team and provide encoding and web delivery of your video stream. Or we can provide a turn-key, full service solution with all video cameras, camera operators, camera switching, lights, audio, and project management. Your choice!
