Demonstration
Let’s take a look at our fictional company, Acme Products, as they prepare for a new product launch.
Landing Page
The landing page could be on any site with the all-important call-to-action to register.
Source Tracking
Our registration forms include source tracking. On any link simply append the url with /?source=your-source and we will track that with the registration.

Registration Page
Your registration page can be branded with your logo and the background colors and the background image customized to match your event. The form itself can also be customized – what you see in this example is our minimum recommendation.
You can also opt to put the registration page on your site. If you do, please make sure you also program a confirmation email that includes the ability to customize the email links per registrant (append /?email=registrant-email to the logon link.)
Domain Whitelist
Our registration pages also has a special feature – domain whitelists. If this is an internal event, simply whitelist your email domains and we will block any registration attempts from outside your approved domains.
Registration Confirmation Page
When a registration is submitted, by default we display an inline message. However, we can also display additional content – downloads, social media links, whitepapers, etc.
We do not recommend displaying the attend links on this confirmation page. All of the event details for attending are sent in a confirmation email and ensures we have a valid email address.

Confirmation & Reminder Emails
Your registration will automatically trigger a confirmation email with the details for attending.
Coreography can optionally send reminder emails one week, one day, and one hour before your event.
These emails are branded with your logo. If you have an in-house email template we can use that as well.
Attend the Session
To attend you simply click the link in your confirmation email. When your registrant goes to the player they are asked to logon first, and we validate that the visitor has registered by checking that their email is valid. We do allow multiple logons with the same email to support multiple devices but track that on the back-end.
Secure
After logon, the player is automatically loaded and you cannot directly access the player without logging on first.

Asking Questions
Viewers are given the ability to ask a question. Questions can be routed to an email address, or viewed and managed online by your team using a shared Google Sheet. This enables real-time editing and response.
All submitted questions include the name and email of the asker.
We also support Question-only pages. Attendees can use their mobile phone to logon and submit questions without receiving a live stream of the event. This is very useful at live events or internal meetings where people join from a shared conference room.
Exit Survey
No event is complete without capturing attendee feedback. You can share the link to your event at the end of the session or we can send an email on your behalf to all participants.
When you register on our site, we automatically track all responses by individual which shortens your survey forms and provides you more detailed information.
Exit surveys can be customized to fit your needs.
